Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we provide free freight service wherever logistics goes.

7–60 business days, It depends on logistics speed and where you are. However, please do not worry, we are cooperating with logistics companies with faster delivery, better service and better reputation. 

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

Currently, we do not support splitting payments between multiple methods.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please note that  “Once the goods are sold, they cannot be returned for more than 7 days.”].

To start a return, please email us at [[email protected]] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors before shpping, we will refuse exchanges after shipping, we have 24 hours from order to ship.
